  Island Dream Villa (All rates are per day)    
 


LOW SEASON : January, February, November to mid December : $275

MID SEASON : March to May, September, October : $300

PEAK SEASON : June to August, Official US and UK Holidays : $350

Additional costs : Plus 12% tourist tax, pool & spa heating $25
25% deposit required and balance within 11 weeks.

SPECIAL OFFER : Any remaining dates in September, October and November 2009:
$1499 per week plus tourist tax (as above).

  Lake Dream Villas or Apartments (All rates are per week)    
 


All rates quoted are per week and for 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, but bookings can be made for any length of stay for 2 days or more as well as for studio, 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom villas/apartments. Please ask for a quotation. 2 bedroom apartments are normally available in low season with as little as 72 hours booking time.

SPECIAL OFFERS :

LOW SEASON : Weeks 1-4, 18-19, 35-39, 48-50: $899

MID SEASON : Weeks 5-6, 20-24, 34, 40-47: $1,199

HIGH SEASON : Weeks 7-17, 25, 27-33: $1,499

HOLIDAY SEASON : Weeks 26, 51-52: $1,630
